I am passionate about helping women learn to appreciate their bodies as they are; while working towards their fitness goals! My coaching approach is rooted in self-compassion, free from judgment, and never about restriction. I believe fitness should feel good and align with what brings you joy, not guilt.

I also focus on shifting women’s mindset from shrinking their bodies to moving their bodies for mental health & self -love.
